Payments | Refunds
• All services must be paid in full before any work begins.
• All Sales Are Final once payment is submitted | Due to the custom nature of design services, no refunds are issued once started. If you choose to cancel your service(s), you are welcome to do so but no funds are returned.
• If I choose to cancel your service I will issue a full refund or a partial refund depending on how much work was completed.
Turnaround Time
• Turnaround Time is 5-7 business days for standard services. Web Design & Bigger packages (Orders with 2+ services) can take up to 10-20 business days. Weekends & Holidays are not included in turnaround time.
• Rush Fees are +$100 - Next Day Turnaround for eligible services.
• Failure to submit project information + delayed responses can extend turnaround.
• Please note: When ordering during a sale or (peak season) order volume can increase - Orders may take just a tad bit longer. Please give grace.
Revisions
• Revisions are short edits (color changes, text changes, minor layout adjustments)
• You are welcome to up to 3 revisions if needed
• Once complimentary revisions are used, additional revisions are $20.
- Please ensure your vision is final before booking. All information submitted for services are final and projects are designed around what is submitted. If you would like to change the entire concept and direction of your project, you will have to pay a redesign fee. This fee may vary depending on what is needed.
Communication | Updates
• Once booked and all information is submitted, I will immediately start the drafting process. Updates are sent as soon as drafts are completed. Drafts are completed in the timeframe of turnaround time.

Files You Receive
• JPG, PNG + Black And White Files
• PDF Files are provided if requested.
