Payment
• Credit/Debit, Paypal, Cash App & Apple Pay are accepted.
•Full Payment is required for all orders under $500. You may pay a 50% deposit if your order is $500 or higher.​

• If a deposit is made, you must pay remaining balance before any files are sent and/or before any websites are transferred to your desired account/platform.
​
• ALL payments are NON-REFUNDABLE unless I, Asia's Creative Co cancels the project due to illness or personal issues, causing me to be unable to complete project.
Refunds/Cancellations
• Refunds are not given under any circumstances, unless I am unable to complete the project and decide to cancel - to clarify: due to illness or personal issues.

• If you would like to terminate your project you may do so, no funds will be returned. If you would like to book in the future, full payment must be submitted again.

• If you abandon your order, I will contact you to try to resolve the abandonment. If i do not receive a response within 3 business days, a restart fee of $50 is required to resume.
Turnaround Time
​• Turnaround may vary depending on the service and how many services are in the order. Exact turnaround times for services listed on the service page. Standard turnaround for single services starts at 5-7 Business Days | 2-10 Business Days for Clothing Design | Bundle Packages And Web Design can take up to 10-20 business days.
Rush Fees are available on select services & are completed in 24-48 hours. If you do not see the rush fee on the service page, the service can't be rushed.
• Please note that revision time [if any are needed] is not included in turnaround. Revisions may take up to 4 additional business days. - please be sure to have your vision detailed & set in stone before booking to avoid additional fees.

• We are close on all Holidays & Weekends, these days do not count towards turnaround time.
• Please keep in mind during peak seasons & sales - it may be busy and turnaround time MIGHT extend. I will update you as soon as i can.

• Time is subject to extension if you do not submit all of the information needed in a timely manner. Keep in mind that I do have other clients/projects, if you fail to submit information in a timely manner, your order will be pushed to the end of the queue.​

updates
• After you have submitted all information for service(s), your turnaround time will begin. As soon as an update is available for your service i will contact you with the update. You will receive an update in between turnaround time, It is unnecessary to constantly ask me for an update.

• Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Please allow time (24 to 72hrs) for me to respond.
• I will not update you with every single step, this obstructs my design process. I complete designs and projects as a whole and present.

Files you receive
• I provide my clients with the following file formats: .JPG, .PNG (Transparent) - .PDF for printing.
​​
• You're allowed up to 4 revisions if needed depending on the service (Color Changes, Font Changes & Placement, Etc). Revision amount varies by service and can be found under the service page. After you have exceeded the set limit, a $20 fee is required per revision.
​
• Once final files are sent, no changes can be made. Please make sure your project is to your liking before approving. If you need changes, a fee will be applied depending on what is need.
